It features all-over ruffles; a delicate, feminine, ballet pink tulle fabric; a midi fit; partial lining; and an elastic waistband. In excellent vintage condition. The skirt itself is in flawless, like new condition; the only sign of wear is that the brand label is missing (size and care label is intact).
