Urban outfitters sweater knit tie back halter

Urban outfitters off white sweater knit halter top. Has string tie at neck and double tied on the back. Can be configured in multiple ways! The soft cream color knit is flattering against a beautiful summer tan. Condition: never worn! This falls into the “who did I think I was when I bought this?” category of my daughter’s closet! Smoke free, pet friendly home but was honestly tried on and immediately put in the reposh pile. Measurements are hard for this since it can be as tight or loose as needed. Bottom of the knitted part measures 18 1/2”. One call out is a minor peach colored thread noted in the video. I believe it is a thread variation not a stain.
