intenseartist Kate--I wanted to let you know I'm no longer able to respond to your messages in the message center. The issue I was having with the claim submit button is now happening with the message submit button. Posting here is the only way I can think of to contact you to let you know I'm unable to continue communicating with you via the message center. If Poshmark responds to you, can you please tell them my submit buttons aren't working, at least for this case, so I can't respond to them/you? Thanks!

absolutekate23 @intenseartist so weird! Yes absolutely! I have escalated our chat and opened a case so hopefully this works 🤞🏻🤞🏻 they are not giving me the option to open a return so this is all I can say think to do!

intenseartist @absolutekate23 I saw that customer support responded to your last post in the message center. They just said for me to file a claim, which I did THREE TIMES, proven by the generic emails I received from Poshmark saying the exact same thing: That they'd received my claim & I needed to file it again, without telling me why. However, I can no longer file a claim because I can't submit a claim OR a message! Can you please tell them I filed 3 times/can't file again or respond to your/their messages?

intenseartist By the way, it seems to only be this case where I'm having issues because I was able to message another seller. But for some reason, ever since I was blocked from submitting another claim, I've also been blocked from submitting messages to you in the message center. If you could please pass along the above info I'd really appreciate it. Poshmark only responded to me with generic, cut-and-paste emails that don't allow a response, & now I can't submit anything. I'm VERY frustrated!
