@jamie_boyett hi there :) it measures 15” flat, so it would be 30” total around, when lying down flat. However, there is a stretch to the mesh fabric, and the lining beneath is stretchy as well, which does give it a bit of flexibility. I was a 32B when I wore this dress. I hope this helps! 💕
