Blue Sequin Embellished Ruffle Dress. Unique with a costume made lining.

I purchased this dress from Mew Mews, but it was originally see-through. To make it more modest, a customized lining was professionally added in the same color as the ruffle detail. This addition made the dress even more appealing. I wore it once to a wedding and received many compliments - it was so fun to wear.
