Incredible vintage blouse

Absolutely incredible vintage organza/ silk feel blouse. If this piece would fit me, I definitely would not sell it!!! 19” pit to pit & 18” neckline to hemline. I would size it around a woman’s 8/10. Some discoloration around the neckline & arm pits. I did do a mild oxyclean on it, but it may need a bit more attention.
