Vtg 90s blue striped cottagecore crinkle skirt - Handmade

One of a kind vintage 1990s era tea length prairie skirt with blue ribbon drawstring waist and a dainty floral ribbon along the bottom hem. There are no tags as this is handmade, but the fabric feels like a cotton/linen blend. Sturdy enough to hold a crinkle, with no stretch. Machine washable, low heat dry. In excellent condition.
