Zippers work perfectly, bag and hardware pretty scuffed up from use (but what diaper bag looks new for long?). A little worn at the corners, but they're intact, with no holes. Bag is Black Chromatic colorway, which doesn't appear available on JuJuBe site; product photos for a different color included. Bag does not have a crossbody strap, but the wristlet strap is removable. Note bag is from 2017; zipper pulls are a different shape than product photos and the JuJuBe plaque is in a different spot.
