Late 1990s (I think I bought this from Dillard’s in 1999) Victorian style tiered lace skirt. Dark brown, fully lined, with a slim fit. Never worn. (Yes, it has hung in my closet, and then my daughter’s closet, for that long and neither of us have worn it longer than a few minutes when trying to decide what to wear.) It needs a new home and someone who will wear it out of the house. Ha ha! Smoke free, pet friendly home
