Beautiful Indian Kurta Top /Dress Custom Made Brown and Gold Details Size M

This is a beautiful piece, appears to be custom made and/or altered. Beautiful Cotton fabric with Golden details and trim. I believe the two pieces of material were meant to be sleeves - if desired you could have it altered to add the sleeves on. The "sleeves" have beautiful gold stiching. This piece appears never to have been worn. I think it could be a dress , or a top worn with tights or pants. There is not a size tag nor a fabric content. I am almost certain it is 100% Cotton. Cool and Crisp, beautiful color and fabric. The Pit to Pit is 21" Slit up the side of the top is 19" slit on both sides.
