Sterling Silver Double Sided Heart Pendant Necklace with Diamonds and Rubies

This sterling silver necklace has lab created rubies and diamonds in a pave heart toggle pendant. The necklace measures 16” in length, and the heart dangles about 5/8". Heart is pave set with lab created rubies on one side and pave set 1/4 carat total weight of diamonds on the other side. Diamonds are J/K color I3 clarity. Toggle bar is marked 925 M then 0 or squiggle line. Originally sold at Kohl's for nearly $200. Excellent used condition- like new with no visible defects.
