atticrescues @int3rgalactic_k I apologize for the delay in responding. I have been helping someone move. The waist on this skirt is 16.5 inches but it has an elastic band so it can go up to about 24 inches but that would make it super tight on a waist. If you are interested, make me a reasonable offer.
