It can be worn in a few different ways: 1) as a one-shoulder dress 2) as a strapless dress, asymmetrical neckline 3) as an off-the-shoulder, asymmetrical neckline, dress It is fitted, stretchy, and has ruching around the sides from the stomach to the hips. The flap around the neck goes from narrow to wide, creating an asymmetrical, original, and striking neckline. This dress is from circa the early 2000s and is in EUC. I included the only picture I seem to have in this dress and in it I am wearing it as a strapless dress. If you look closely you can see that the flap hangs down over the breast which lends for a tasteful and elegant look. The last picture is a photo of the top of a very similar dress.
