brittany530 @jeramiewilkinso hi there, laying flat the measurement from the very top waistline is 16 inches. Measurement from top of waist to lowest part of hem is about 12 inches! I would gladly accept your offer of $45 if these measurements work for you! :)

brittany530 @jeramiewilkinso the 12 inches includes the distressed edges, it was a little rough to measure so it may even be a bit longer than that! There is stitching at the hem as well so the distressing can’t climb it’s way up & lose the length!
