This vintage polyester elastic waist shirtwaist dress is by Willi of California. Full skirt. Done in an 80s Miami Vice teal green. Elastic waist. Elastic belt. 3/4 length cuffed sleeves. Buttons up the front with teal plastic buttons. One button at the waist has some color rubbed off. Slightly padded shoulders. Made in the USA of 80% polyester and 20% cotton. Machine washable. Cottagecore, Tea Party, Secretary, Retro, 80s does 50s Labeled a size 10. See measurements for more information.
