@natagibbs when I pulled the elastic as far as I could, it was 16” laying flat (32”). Without pulling it, it was 14” laying flat (28”). So the 30” should work.

@natagibbs yes it’s loose & flows out! My biggest point on my hips is 42” I’m a size 6-8 in pants right now & this skirt fits me.
