Awesome rare jacket by All Saints. Black with lots of zippers and pockets. Adjustable ties along the bottom to cinch it tighter. I would say this is water resistant but probably not waterproof. I wore it whale watching and it was perfect for the light mist and wind. UK 10 which is a 6 US but it is a bit oversized. No stretch, pit to pit 22", length about 28" in front, it's about 4" longer at longest point in back.
