Gold clasp opens or closes the bag. There is an attachable removable zipper bag on the inside and another smaller zipper bag attached to the bag with some pencil holders. Inside says "Made in U.S.A. by BRAHMIN". Weight 2lbs. 14.5" x 10.5" x 5" measured at thickest part (bottom). Straps are 13" tall measured from top of bag.
