mrsrljohnson Hi, Size 7 is a transition size. It is the largest size for shoes that are considered Youth/ young men size. Size 7.5 is regarded/ labeld as the first size in the Men's shoes category. 7Y is the same exact size as 7 men as it can fit a youth or a man. I use the category interchangeable because there are older boys that wear a size 7 and there are also Men who wear a size 7.
