This is the Free People Bluebell Maxi Dress I bought from Free People. Sz. M It’s new with tag, shipped straight to me. I’m just not sure I like the fit on me but it’s a super cute dress! It ties on the shoulders. It does have pockets. You can wear with or without a shirt as well. It still sells on Free People.
