Used/Worn. Extremely comfortable heels as they have padding in them! Pictures show worn out areas / scuff marks. You could try to buff the scuffs out (not sure if it would work) but I never really tried as I have no use for these shoes now. They have been sitting in my closet for over a year - haven’t worn since 2022.
