Beautiful seersucker dress with embroidered lace collar

This is a stunning little dress. We wore once. Issues noted in photos- stain circled in photos as it is hardly noticeable (I try to be thorough) and stitch at back of dress needs to be pinned up- so far is still standing up on its own, but should be an easy fix. Really a rare find. Seersucker with double breast button back and embroidered lace collar. Suze 5 and runs generous.
