Cover Up Dress NWT in new condition but I did notice a loose yellow thread around elasticized collar - see photo. Everything else, inc. embroidery, intact. Super cute dress made with semi-sheer fabric and lots of bright floral embroidery, would look great over a swimsuit or on its own. Item has side pockets, too.
