Black with an abstract, metallic gold pattern and subtle velvet flowers. Light, structured fabric that responds beautifully to steam. Would look even more beautiful with a petticoat underneath. High-waisted fit. Double button and zipper closure at the back. Buttons are replacements; zipper is original. Waist measures 28” in diameter; skirt measures 28” in length from waist to hem.
