I am trying to understand how the manufacturers could make an Adult costume in One Size ...? Lol we all have figured out that one size does not for every body.
No but seriously, I'm bad with measurements. Do you think that size would be best for a teenager (size 2 or 4)? Or maybe too big?

I'm sorry, please disyi see the note about it being size Medium. The initial size classification, "One Size" threw me off.
