We the Free SoHo convertible sling bag. A nifty little bag that can be worn 3 ways, a sling bag, a shoulder bag, or unzip the strap and convert it into a backpack. It’s made of soft, supple leather with a subtle pebbling pattern throughout. It’s been treated with beeswax so it’s water resistant. NWOT

Does the beeswax make it feel sticky at all?

@noni032 no not at all! Since leather is porous the beeswax absorbs into the material and you can’t tell at all that it was treated! The reason I treated it is because when I bought it the reviews on FP said that the bag was extremely vulnerable to water and that there had been some cases where the dye came off during a light sprinkle, and I didn’t want this to happen to this one!

I can’t tell if it’s just the lighting or if there is fading/staining on the front of the bag?

@leighbrown538 photos are up! The leather naturally has some variation of color (which is normal in that kind of leather) but I think the possible discoloration you saw was from harsh lighting bouncing off the natural luster of the leather. The new pictures are under natural sunlight! I hope this helps ☺️

@leighbrown538 I think the true color is more towards the photos I took today. I didn’t realize how purple the old photos made it look, but it’s definitely more blue. I’ll note that in the description! Would you like to see any more pictures of anything specific?
