Great vintage Y2K top by Hot Kiss. Paper tag, made in USA. Top is sheer all over except it over the boob area – it has black lining there. Neckline has elastic and is very wide comes out to the edges of the shoulders. Wide bell sleeves 9 1/2 inch slits on the underneath side so they fall open when you vent your arms at the elbow if that makes sense. The hem is asymmetrical. There is a lace that ties in the back to help fit the top. Rose prints with glittery flowers and polkadots all over. Tag says large, but I think it might fit more like a medium or smaller large. Fabric is not stretchy. please check the measurements below for best fit.
