@kerryshopping Thank you for your interest. Your initial offer was $30, and the new offer is $40. You may not be aware, but Stop Staring is only but a few retro style dress makers. They're no longer making or selling dresses. You can still find stock from the same season as this dress on Italy Direct NWT for $260+. I don't see this version of the covergirl dress much on resale platfirms and will not be taking lowball offers. Thank you.
