This is the adorable "Picnic" gingham multi print from Farm Rio. It is a bathing suit cover-up that can also be worn over shorts or a dress in an open weave eyelet pattern. It fastens at the waist with a fun puff sleeve. I have a MD and an XL - both are NWT! Check out my listing for the matching bathing suit! Just fyi... I do think that sometimes Farm Rio can run small. This XL measures 15.5" at the closure by the ribcage area and 17.5" PTP.
