hnorrod Hi, what is the bust measurement fully flat? Sometimes I can wear this size and sometimes it’s a little tight. Thanks!

jessicaevelyn18 @hnorrod this has a little flexibility in the bust because of the hook and eye closure at the chest. Flat, it stretches to 21.5 inches. Hope that helps!
