Reposhing this item I purchased from @ynakadai24. The lace overskirt is a little too delicate for my work/daily life, so I never got a chance to take the tags off and wear it. Ultra feminine and romantic! Japanese free size but would best fit US small or extra small. Elastic waistband is 11.5" unstretched (stretches comfortably up to 14", anything over that would probably be very tight), top of waistband to underskirt/lining hem is 23", and top of waistband to outer skirt hem is 29.5". Smoke and pet free home.
