Dope Free People shirt in an oversized small. Style name is Plaid Sequin Yoke Button Down Shirt. This was customized with patches. Front right pocket has a purple outline rollerskate patch. Back has the number 40 in middle. Light blemish/discoloration towards bottom of the number 4. Right shoulder has a patch that says "okay" in a conversation cartoon like bubble. Patch on right shoulder with a spartan looking helmet that is actually the Vegas Golden Knights ice hockey logo. I assume 40 was for the player of the team at that time? Today, Lukas Cormier is number 40. Number was also worn by Ryan Carpenter, Jonathan Marchessault, and probably others. (* I don't know hockey.)
