This French smocked dress from Paris is 100% organic Cotton and handmade. Size 4T. No labels on this dress it was bought in a market where all the items are handmade in France. Has some stains please see photos. But still so unique and lovely. A good dry cleaner may be able to get the stains out of the cotton.
