This athletic miniskirt from T’oui is super cute! It’s from the early 2000s/Y2K. It’s teal/light blue and has white, beige, and tan diagonal stripes on the front. It also has white piping. The waistband is adjustable with a drawstring (mostly can go smaller, not much larger). It’s in great condition with no rips, stains, or tears.
