Mandarin collar knee-length tunic with velvet face detail. One of a kind sample for FW 2016. Fabric was used in several styles on runway (see pictures). Fits S-M best, but someone M-L would fit it as well.
Works great as a sheer dress/caftan or dressier shirt layered over pants.
