There are a few flaws to the dress. Over all structure of the dress is in excellent condition. There is a few small tears (arrows, marked in pictures) around the neck area. There is also 2 seperate tears in the lace at the bottom of the dress and is also pictured. This could be fixed with a seamstress or if the dress needs to be hemmed.
