Lulus XS blue summer dress

Bought it for a summer event but it was too long to wear (even with 4 inch heels) and too big in the back because it was made for a taller person. new with tags never worn i’m 5’ and 115 lbs for reference! you’d likely need to be 5’5” at least for this dress
