Primitive Handmade Black Clay Vase Unique Native American Pottery Raku Antique

I know very little about this wonderful piece of pottery, it is my first time encountering a piece this unique. It looks to be very, very old. There is no glaze, it appears to have been hand shaped and open fired, or a raku piece. There are some very small areas that someone might consider flaws, but if this piece is as old as this seems to be, and made in a primitive technique I wouldn't call them flaws. There are some zoomed in photos for you to make your own assessment. I am not an expert, appraiser, or a historian, I study pottery and glass processing and histories, as a hobby. I do believe this piece is very, very old, but please understand I'm not an expert. I obtained this at an estate sale, in Arkansas. Measures 6" tall.
