Is that stains all over the bottom of the sweatshirt?

@meagstover hi! There’s a few stains near the hem. I added a closer photo. The rest is distressing of the sweatshirt which is how it came when I purchased it from Anine Bing. It’s a cotton fleece washed down to a faded black colorway with vintage character
