This is a sterling silver ring with 8 interchangeable gemstones. All of the gemstones are real and in new condition. The blue stone is the only one ever used. The ring does have tarnishing on the back surface. Stamped .925. Comes with box for safekeeping. Size 5.0 , would probably fit a 5.5 as well. I am using a flat ring sizer so measurements could vary.
