Rain coat for small dogs

Great for the rain, has mesh inside coat. Approx 14” back length, would fit 13-18” around chest. Has drawstrings at bottom of coat and around hood. Elastic around legs. Only worn once before my dog got tangled in it🙃 Ships next day.
