1994 Nambé ‘Nova’ Candlestick 6046 by Karin Rashid. This is one of the earliest Karim Rashid collaborations with Nambé which was founded in 1951. Egyptian-born and Canadian raised, Time magazine has described Rashid as the "most famous industrial designer in all the Americas". His work has won more than 50 design awards and has been exhibited by or acquired for the permanent collections of MoMA, the British Design Museum, Toronto Design Exchange, MoMA of San Francisco and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. This candlestick is a classic example of Rashid's unique design aesthetic and the Nambé tradition of a chic, contemporary vibe.
