Inside layer is black v- neck slip style dress. And is super stretchy with elastic on the back. Comes with a sash for around the dress for more of an umpire look. Inside dress measures 24” pit to pit and is 40” long from the armpit. Outside dress measures 30” pit to pit and is 55” long from the shoulder.
