shana4515 @sierra_tippens I'm actually not sure how this happened. When I purchased this from the last owner I didn't realize the bottom piece was missing. It really is still a nice piece. I would have kept it but it was a little too big for me. But you could easily wear any bottom under this dress. Hope this helps :)
