Textured floral lavender chiffon top Surplice cross over bust Double row of ruched elastic at waist Peplum style Full sleeve with smocked elastic at wrists Body only is lined, sleeves are unlined Top clasp is missing, as noted in pictures. I was still able to wear it and it remain closed. Did not have to use a pin and other snap could easily be added back. Bust 18” Length 19”
