Celebrity Pink Petticoat XL (fits like a large)

Really cute, but it just sits in my closet. I bought it for court once and it’s been tucked away since. Has a hood which is nice if you want to be dressed up a bit but still can keep your hair outta the rain. Had two pockets as well. Size is XL but I feel like it fits closer to a Large. Shop on!
