Limited numbered edition, this copy is number 3371 SIGNED by Kate Spade in ink on the title-page. Not inscribed to anyone, just signed. Illustrated throughout with color photographs. Kate Spade initiated this project in June, 2000 by sending a letter (reproduced in the catalog) to an undisclosed number of recipients, asking them if they would like to participate. To participate they simply had to contact the Kate Spade company and make an appointment for a photo shoot of the contents of their handbag. All participants handbags and the contents minutely described. 9" square, unpaginated. flaw: water stain on cover and dents to edges of book as pictured, one side of woolen felt bag’s ribbon handle was reattached.
