The packets have not been snipped open. They have the little hole and you snip them up yourself very silky and on the inside On the tag there’s a tad bit of writing. This is a size 50, which is equivalent to a 3X it was labeled one size when I bought it. I’m a large and I just cinch the waist and it’s still super cute , so this would fit up to three and if smaller than a large, it would be very oversize and I probably wouldn’t get it but if you’re a large, it would just be a oversize but still a fun fun piece This looks great paired with a nice pair of jeans or some tighter dress pants I think or a skirt you can do so many things with it
