These are excellent posture-correcting leggings. I wear them when I sit at my desk all day to help with my back pain, and I also wear them to yoga to help keep me in alignment. They run a little small in my opinion. I wear a 2/4 in Lululemon and these size small are perfect if not a little bit tight. I love all the products I have from this company I just got a bit too excited and ordered more than I have room for.
