The art deco design features a black plastic (may be Bakelite- I did not test) body embellished with rhinestone encrusted orbs and 2 mint green faux pearls. The tip is designed for filterless cigarettes and appears to be unused. It looks like there may be 1 missing rhinestone from 2 out of the three rows (noted in photos).
